Dynamis Counseling

I started Dynamis Counseling with the intent of helping individuals achieve freedom. For some individuals, this includes freedom from an addiction, such as sexual addiction, which I struggled with for many years myself. For others, it means healing the wounds of major or complex trauma from the past that is still affecting your present. In either case, I use EMDR therapy as well as other evidence-based techniques to help you target the root of the issue and achieve lasting change. If you come from a spiritual background, I also offer Christian counseling integration for those who share this faith.
